Why lithium bettery stock is this important? If you have a relatively new PC the only problem you will get are error messages relating to the clock on start up. No big deal. One guy commented that the batteries for all of the Makita drills are not interchangeable. You have to have the special 18V battery for this specific Makita LXFD01CW Drill. Yet he said the performance of the drill was outstanding. Another guy commented on the longevity of the drill, he's had it for a long time and it's been very durable. He liked that it was small and lightweight yet powerful enough to handle any task.
Today, many of the latest computers have a fast recharge feature where you can recharge 90 percent of the battery power by charging it for around one hour. The balance 10 percent is recharged slowly. If your laptop has this facility, do use it. This helps to extend the life of the battery. However, do not recharge the laptop battery until it has less than 30 percent charge remaining.
